Lemon Learning Supports Stellantis in their Adoption of the Salesforce CRM

Stellantis worked with Lemon Learning to support the rollout of Salesforce CRM across its European operations. The challenge was helping tens of thousands of users in 10 countries and 8 languages adopt a new CRM, especially at dealerships where the system represented a major change and local support was uneven.

Lemon Learning provided in-app training guides created in English and then adapted with local correspondents for each country, making the content more relevant and accessible across languages. This enabled Stellantis to deliver ongoing, on-the-job training at scale, with the company saying it could support 50,000 users and customize content in 8 languages across 10 countries with limited resources.
