Ramsay Santé, a healthcare group, needed to replace its older patient admissions and billing system with a new ERP tool while standardizing processes across 66 sites in just 30 months. The rollout had to support both administrative and nursing staff in a highly time-sensitive environment, including emergency use cases, making training and change adoption a major challenge.
