Forvis Mazars, a global audit and consulting firm, needed to modernize employee onboarding and training across its business applications. Its previous method relied on a dedicated trainer and an 80-slide PowerPoint deck, which was too rigid, slow to update, and not suited to users who needed help directly in their day-to-day digital tools.
Forvis Mazars chose Lemon Learning to deliver in-app, contextual guidance within tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other core applications. After a successful POC with 50 users, the solution was rolled out across seven applications and 4,500 users, helping reduce support requests, improve user autonomy, and speed up training and adoption. With Lemon Learning, the company also built a hybrid content model combining internal teams and Lemon Learning’s support, enabling relevant content to be produced in about two weeks.
