How CERFRANCE Reignited CRM Usage

Cerfrance, the accounting and consulting organization supported by its IT department Arctic, needed to drive adoption of a new CRM for about 2,000 employees after the shift away from email and phone-based processes. The rollout was disrupted by COVID-19, and the CRM was increasingly seen as an extra burden, making change management and user adoption difficult.

Lemon Learning was introduced across several tools to replace fading ambassador-led support with common in-app guides and user paths, helping employees use the CRM without traditional classroom training. With Lemon Learning, Cerfrance achieved its goal of 0% face-to-face training on these projects, improved CRM adoption, reduced support issues, and laid the groundwork for greater user autonomy and future expansion to other applications.
