The National Gendarmerie needed to support 90,000 employees using a new HR information system based on SAP, across a very diverse population that included officers and reservists. The challenge was to train non-specialist users who could be uncomfortable with the tool without relying on heavy manuals or long training sessions, so the organization turned to Lemon Learning.

Lemon Learning provided a contextual, lightweight, integrated digital adoption solution that was rolled out after a quick POC and cybersecurity approval. The team created and deployed guides across more than 350 business tiles with 40 active guides, while also using the platform for interactive FAQs and regulatory alerts. As a result, the National Gendarmerie saw fewer support calls, greater user autonomy, reduced support tickets, and a sustainable way to keep guides updated and users continuously informed.
