CCCABTP, a training organization for the construction sector, needed a better way to support ongoing training for its trainers on an in-house ERP application used by 4,000 users. With frequent tool changes, creating video tutorials had become unmanageable, so it looked for a way to keep guides current and lighten the training load with Lemon Learning.

Lemon Learning started with a proof of concept, then helped CCCABTP turn process recordings into interactive guides that could be customized and deployed quickly. The result was faster access to best practices, fewer operational support tickets, and more effective communication through in-app pushes instead of email. Lemon Learning also helped CCCABTP build a continuous support model that can adapt content to local needs across training centers.
