Unwired Things, a Danish company developing assistive products for the visually impaired, needed an iOS companion app for its smart home controller. Lemberg Solutions created an iOS app using Swift and SwiftUI, designed with an accessibility-first approach. The solution featured a gesture-based screen reader and implemented dual connectivity—using BLE for frequent commands and a local Wi-Fi channel for transferring large files—to optimize battery life.
