HorseAnalytics launches first horse activity app in 1 year with Lemberg Solutions

HorseAnalytics, a German early-stage startup, approached Lemberg Solutions with the challenge of building a product to monitor horse activity and behavior 24/7. Their vision was to translate this data into meaningful analytics for equestrians to improve horse wellbeing, requiring a complete technical solution including mobile apps, data processing, and a machine learning algorithm.

Lemberg Solutions implemented a lean development process, starting with a data collection emulator app before building the full system on MS Azure IoT. They developed a neural network that could initially detect four core horse activities. After one year of development, Lemberg Solutions successfully delivered the end-to-end solution and released the mobile apps, which received positive feedback from real users.
