My Costa Rica, an established travel agency operating in the USA and Costa Rica since 2004, struggled with manually built itineraries, spreadsheets and a file server of contracts that led to pricing errors, slow quoting and staffing bottlenecks. As a result My Costa Rica produces itineraries three times faster, can send 25 complex itineraries per day and generate quotes with 50 services in ~20 minutes, and has seen a 35% increase in revenue since adopting Lemax, along with better commission tracking and more professional client documents.
