Lemax led a migration of supplier, customer and booking data from two legacy systems and built a fully loaded product database (hotels, transfers, excursions, packages), enabling fast itinerary construction and harmonized quoting/booking with one‑click confirmations. With Lemax’s automation (auto‑confirmations, auto‑invoices, auto‑itineraries) and functional ops for transfers, excursions, private services and coaches, Asian Trails has moved more than half of its FIT bookings into Lemax, dramatically reducing manual Excel quoting and speeding operational workflows.
