Asian Trails automates 90% of FIT quoting with Lemax

Asian Trails, a DMC based in Bangkok, faced a significant challenge with an unstable and functionally limited internally developed reservation and accounting system. This led to an inefficient process where 90% of their FIT tours were quoted manually using Excel outside of their system. Seeking a better solution, they turned to the vendor Lemax and its software.

Lemax implemented its software to create a fully-loaded product database and central inventory for Asian Trails. The solution provided highly automated processes, including auto-confirmations, auto-invoices, and auto-itineraries. As a result, Asian Trails gained substantial efficiency, moving more than half of their FIT bookings into Lemax for straightforward, harmonized booking and quoting, eliminating their previous reliance on Excel.
