PricewaterhouseCoopers - Customer Case Study

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), one of the world’s largest professional services networks, needed a secure and scalable way to standardize and automate documents across many countries, languages, and business units. The firm faced challenges including strict confidentiality requirements, multiple stakeholders, frequent regulatory updates, and the need for strong governance and reporting. PwC implemented Legito’s document automation platform after a six-month pilot to test its capabilities on highly complex documents.

With Legito, PwC fully automated more than 50 document templates, including multilingual and dual-language versions, and onboarded over 2,500 active users across more than 30 countries. The solution also replaced a legacy system, supported financial statement note automation with data import, calculations, workflows, and integrations such as SSO and PowerBI, and improved review quality and user experience. PwC reported estimated savings of 1.5 hours per document and over 1,000 documents generated per month in the first region alone.
