St. Landry Parish School Board boosts summer STEM engagement with Legends of Learning

St. Landry Parish School Board in Louisiana faced the challenge of boosting student participation and building a strong classroom community for its summer learning program. To address this, the district partnered with Legends of Learning to leverage its game-based learning platform.

The solution implemented was a new summer program called Camp Accelerate, which used Legends of Learning's content-aligned science games and 5E lesson plans. Students explored physical science concepts like forces and motion. The results were extremely high student engagement and excitement for learning.
