Southern Legal Counsel (SLC), a statewide not-for-profit public interest law firm in Florida, faced the challenge of managing a growing workload in its mission to provide access to justice. To address this, the firm turned to LegalServer for its case management system.

Legalserver implemented a customized case management solution for SLC, including features like Master and Subordinate cases to handle both individual and impact litigation. The implementation was completed with staff training, and the system went live in March 2019.
