UConn implemented Legal Files as a customized electronic contract management system, providing a centralized repository with Outlook integration, expiration and extension tracking, and clear, real-time visibility into contract status and open items. The result is faster continuity between team members, easier identification of process bottlenecks, up-to-date reporting on demand, and a more efficient, organized contracting operation.
