The Colorado Office of Administrative Courts (OAC), a centralized administrative court system serving more than 50 state agencies from three offices, struggled with two incompatible, aging docket databases that produced errors, missed hearings, slow reporting and time-consuming manual document creation. The result was streamlined docket management with far fewer missed hearings, much faster document generation and reporting, improved staff productivity and customer service, and a flexible platform that supports future integrations like e-filing.
