Legal Aid of North Carolina (LANC) is a statewide nonprofit that provides free civil legal services across 100 counties. The organization was hampered by 17 inconsistent databases, no statewide document assembly or management, limited standardization of forms and procedures, and difficulty producing consolidated reports for funders.

LANC implemented Legal Files Enterprise across 13 offices (about 300 users), adopting a single, highly customizable system for intake/eligibility, full case management, document assembly, calendaring, tasks, security and reporting.
