Gearset, a SaaS DevOps platform for Salesforce, needed a more robust way to manage equity as it scaled from spreadsheets to a company-wide LTIP for UK and US employees. The team wanted an equity management tool that could deliver complete accuracy, support UK-specific tax and Companies House requirements, and give employees better visibility.

Ledgy provided the equity management platform and helped Gearset model its cap table correctly, onboard smoothly, and automate its LTIP rollout. Gearset generated about 200 grants on launch, with documents sent for signature and tracked in the platform, and the implementation was completed in under 3 weeks. The result was faster administration, less manual effort, and a scalable system that now supports up to 300 employees while also improving access for investors and employees.
