RTCLab, the Gdańsk-based team behind LiveWebinar, builds easy one‑click video conferencing tools designed to be secure and highly scalable. When LiveWebinar was tapped to co‑organize Infoshare 2020 — the largest IT‑tech conference in Central Europe that shifted entirely virtual — they faced a major challenge: support thousands of simultaneous viewers, deliver high‑quality audio‑video streams and recordings, and quickly scale infrastructure beyond the limits and cost constraints they were experiencing on AWS.

To meet the challenge RTCLab deployed additional dedicated servers from Leaseweb across multiple regions, backed by high‑bandwidth network infrastructure and 24/7 support in a customized setup that prioritized both live transmission and recording. The result was a seamless event with 191 speakers on nine stages, 83,000 minutes recorded and 7,000 viewers on day one — validating LiveWebinar’s ability to deliver secure, high‑quality conferencing at scale and cementing its ongoing partnership with Leaseweb.
