A LearnWorlds Case Study
The School of Calisthenics, founded by Tim Stevenson, grew out of a gym side‑project into a fast‑scaling online fitness school and faced the challenge of turning scattered PDFs and video links into a branded, scalable learning experience that could serve a wide, global audience. To solve this they chose LearnWorlds and moved from manual content delivery to a dedicated online school, beginning setup in October 2018 and launching in 2019 with a subscription‑based model.
LearnWorlds provided a highly customizable platform (course player, interactive e‑books, branding tools), strong onboarding and support, and integrations like Mailchimp and Stripe that streamlined marketing and payments; built‑in content tools and HTML copy‑paste let the team scale classrooms rapidly. The result: after a year of iteration the School of Calisthenics reached about 35,000 users, saw promotional enrollment spikes of 1,600–1,800 new users per day, and achieved significant revenue growth and improved customer engagement thanks to LearnWorlds.
