California Tow Truck Association (CTTA), a statewide association founded in 1969 to support towing operators, needed an online training solution to close a gap in new-hire training. CTTA was looking for a platform that could restrict course purchases to members only, support bulk seat distribution, provide generous storage, offer quiz-building with multimedia, allow custom branding, and generate customized completion certificates at a reasonable cost.
