Pierre Fabre Dermo-Cosmétique, the second largest dermo-cosmetic lab worldwide, faced the challenge of engaging pharmacy staff to provide better product advice and boost sales. Their traditional training methods were not effective at motivating pharmaconomists. To address this, they partnered with Learningbank to develop an innovative, certified training program using the vendor's digital learning platform and services.
Learningbank designed a blended learning solution for the Pierre Fabre Academy, featuring interactive digital modules including a story-based game that taught the company's history and product knowledge. This approach significantly increased engagement. The results were substantial: sales to trained pharmacies grew twice as much as to others, and their direct sales to consumers increased three times more. The program was so successful that it enhanced Pierre Fabre's industry image as an innovator and attracted requests from other international divisions to replicate it.
