The solution featured a curriculum with two weeks of general studies followed by three weeks in a focused technical track, such as C#/.NET, Enterprise Data Warehouse, or Java. This program successfully trained 1,500 new employees over three years, enabling the company to bring billions of dollars worth of IT operations back in-house and build a powerful internal team of over 11,000 IT staff.
