a large hospital, committed to becoming the top hospital system in the United States, faced the challenge of standardizing its IT services across regional locations and merging service desk operations to improve customer satisfaction. To achieve this, the hospital needed to establish a baseline of IT service management knowledge and a common vocabulary for its leadership team. The hospital partnered with Learning Tree International to address this challenge.

Learning Tree International implemented a baseline ITIL training solution for over 150 of the hospital's IT leaders. The solution was supported by Learning Tree's technology and web-based learning resources to aid in certification exam preparation. The results included improved IT service delivery through the alignment of regional hospitals, the successful training of over 150 leaders, and an average student course rating of 3.57 on a 4-point scale.
