The City of London Corporation wanted to embed three new Behavioural Values—Lead, Empower and Trust—into its organisational culture and needed a way to reach all staff quickly and engagingly. To support a rapid, large-scale roll-out and multi-device access, the organisation partnered with Learning Pool Limited to develop an e-learning module built using Adapt Learning.
Learning Pool Limited designed a concise, story-led online training module that distilled real project examples to illustrate the Values and made the content accessible across devices. The module has driven visible behaviour change: staff wear Values-branded lanyards across the organisation, the phrases “Lead, Empower and Trust” are increasingly used in workplace conversations, and the campaign has become a regular talking point, helping to shift culture in the intended direction.
