Using Learning Pool's LMS, Choice Support were able to unify their training for 2,800 staff

Choice Support is a UK social care charity supporting around 2,500 people and employing about 2,800 staff. After a 2019 merger they were operating two compliance-driven learning platforms that delivered poor engagement and subpar compliance, so the L&D team sought a single, more engaging system with better reporting and visibility. They selected Learning Pool Limited and its LMS Platform with the Social Care library (branded internally as LiLi).

Learning Pool Limited implemented LiLi to deliver the Care Certificate and mandatory annual training, enable manager observations and workbook uploads, and provide mobile access, automated reminders, dashboards and enhanced reporting. The new system reached all staff (including those without company emails), improved self-directed learning and manager programmes, achieved 91% compliance for the Care Certificate and annual training against a 90% KPI, and delivered 100% reported uptime.
