Total Leader and Coach Solutions (TLC) faced the challenge of translating a popular face-to-face Personal Resilience course into a fully online offering that could reach learners who couldn’t attend in person while preserving personalized connections, meaningful discourse and practical behaviour-change work. To achieve this TLC worked with Learning Pool Limited and adopted the Curatr (now Stream) social learning platform via partner Orange Owl Learning Lab to create a facilitated, interactive online experience rather than a “set and forget” e-learning module.

Learning Pool Limited supported a solution that used ADDIE-driven design and Curatr/Stream customization to deliver a 4-week, 6-level facilitated course with active moderators and post-course check-ins by facilitators. The rollout reached diverse organisations, produced excellent feedback (93% of participants said they would “strongly” recommend the program), continues to run as a fully online course, and has led to additional projects—demonstrating improved reach, sustained learner engagement and measurable client satisfaction.
