Swiss Re reaches 500 staff with interactive DGF learning from Learning Pool Limited

Swiss Re, a major global reinsurer, needed to effectively communicate its new Digital Governance Framework to its workforce to ensure organizational compliance and risk mitigation. They partnered with Learning Pool to create a lively and memorable piece of elearning to advise staff on how and when to apply the framework in their work.

Learning Pool designed an online interactive learning experience using animated motion graphics, novel interactions, and real-life scenarios to deliver the key messages. The solution was well received, with approximately 500 staff viewing the non-mandatory training and providing positive feedback. The project was deemed a success for raising awareness, and Swiss Re plans to roll it out as mandatory training within its IT division.
