Learning Pool Limited implemented an LMS plus off‑the‑shelf content and Adapt Builder licences, enabling Tempo to rapidly deploy personal development to employees and create responsive, mobile‑friendly learning for volunteers and partners. The solution scales with Tempo’s five‑year growth plans without corresponding cost increases, supports access on any device, and helps Tempo build on current reach (over 50,000 people have earned 700,000 Time Credits) while reducing training costs and speeding content delivery.
