Learning Pool Limited customised and launched the My Development portal with bespoke induction and Health & Safety courses plus off‑the‑shelf titles, growing the catalogue to 50 courses; 90% of employees have accessed at least one course. The solution also reduced administration through a daily HR feed, enabled fast in‑house course creation via templates, and delivered higher engagement, faster rollout and very positive feedback from managers and learners.
