Case Study: Swiss Re achieves Digital Governance Framework awareness and engagement with Learning Pool Limited

Swiss Re, the world’s second-largest reinsurer headquartered in Zurich, needed a way to communicate its new Digital Governance Framework (DGF) and guide staff on when and how to apply it. To achieve this, Swiss Re engaged Learning Pool Limited to develop a lively e-learning solution — an online interactive learning experience to reinforce the DGF across its global workforce.

Learning Pool Limited delivered an animated, interactive course with motion graphics, scenarios, knowledge checks, audio, and a distinct DGF visual identity, hosted on Swiss Re’s LMS and accessible to 12,000+ employees. The module has already been well received — around 500 staff have viewed the non-mandatory content, feedback has been positive, and Swiss Re is now planning to roll the DGF course out as mandatory learning within its IT division.
