The University of Lincoln engaged Learning Pool Limited to refresh its staff learning ecosystem: the Organisational Development team needed a new LMS, modernized mandatory training, a suite of customised blended-learning modules to complement workshops, and a cost-effective way to produce bespoke e-learning in-house.

Learning Pool Limited implemented a new LMS, mapped off-the-shelf content libraries to existing courses, redesigned and relaunched eight mandatory modules and delivered 35 custom modules, while enabling the team to build content with the Adapt Builder. Staff reported easier navigation and clearer content, optional modules are now accessible ahead of workshops, and mandatory completion rates rose to 89%, with faster, more cost‑efficient in-house development.
