The initiative produced measurable gains: 8 trainees completed RCPCH Levels 1 & 2 (2 became mentors), the rest achieved Level 1, participants created QI posters to demonstrate impact, and engagement/completion stood at 40%; the success prompted new cohorts and alumni progression into mentoring and faculty roles.
