Amway, the global direct-selling company with over 450 products and around 4 million independent business owners, needed to overhaul its content authoring environment around 2016: the in-house team was spending excessive time on custom development, relied heavily on Flash, and could not self-host Adapt due to IT constraints. Amway therefore sought a partner to licence and customize the Adapt authoring platform — engaging Learning Pool Limited to match the user experience of their existing content and streamline authoring workflows.

Learning Pool Limited, a founding partner of Adapt, delivered customized Adapt licences (initially five) and co-developed the brochure-style Product Conversation cards, adding social selling and video functionality and embedding a six-step selling process. The solution scaled globally — about 140 product pieces in 25 languages, licences extended to 100 authors, and over 10,000 content modules created — driving millions of content views, faster product training releases, strong uptake from business owners, and clear support for Amway’s selling and brand protection goals.
