Learning Pool Limited implemented ~8 hours of online onboarding plus 2–3 days of face-to-face sessions and final on-the-job observations, cutting the onboarding cycle to 1–2 weeks and supporting about 3,000 users annually (based on 40 new starters/week). With the upcoming Branch Hub intranet and single sign-on, the Post Office expects broadened access to the Learning for All catalogues—projected to reach up to 10,000 users in the first year—improving ongoing training uptake and cost-effectiveness.
