Post Office, which operates over 11,500 branches across the UK and adds roughly 40 new Postmasters and Agents each week, faced a lengthy 10–15 day onboarding program that required trainer visits. To streamline and scale training, the Post Office commissioned Learning Pool Limited to deliver its LMS, the off-the-shelf "Learning for All" catalogues and authoring capability via 8 Adapt licenses to move onboarding online and reduce time and cost.

Learning Pool Limited implemented ~8 hours of online onboarding plus 2–3 days of face-to-face sessions and final on-the-job observations, cutting the onboarding cycle to 1–2 weeks and supporting about 3,000 users annually (based on 40 new starters/week). With the upcoming Branch Hub intranet and single sign-on, the Post Office expects broadened access to the Learning for All catalogues—projected to reach up to 10,000 users in the first year—improving ongoing training uptake and cost-effectiveness.
