NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI), a consultancy applying neuroscience to leadership development, needed to scale its 16‑week ICS‑V coaching program beyond on‑site workshops and teleclasses while improving impact measurement and reducing administrative manual work. NLI engaged Learning Pool Limited to apply Stream (formerly Curatr) to extend social learning across synchronous and asynchronous elements and surface participant performance data.

Learning Pool Limited implemented Stream as a unified platform to replicate NLI’s AGES model, host blended activities, capture xAPI data and automate administration. In a 16‑week global cohort of 22 participants, 20 completed the program, average weekly module completion was 97.35% and overall course completion 92.8%; activity dipped over the holiday period but quickly rebounded, with participants reporting strong enthusiasm for the platform’s social and microlearning features.
