AO, a fast-growing electrical retailer with over 4,500 staff operating as AO.com and AO.de, needed modern, compliant learning content to support rapid business growth. This approach cut development time dramatically — courses can be delivered in around one week without external SMEs — and drove much higher engagement from AO’s largely young workforce. Feedback has been very positive, the modern scrolling format and internalised content increased uptake, and Learning Pool Limited’s offering has become the AO L&D team’s content of choice.
