Jurys Inn partnered with Learning Pool Limited to modernize its employee onboarding and statutory training. Facing high turnover among new hires and significant time spent on classroom induction, Jurys Inn introduced Learning Pool Limited’s Grow Online platform and the BELONG induction to give new employees early exposure to the company’s culture, values and role expectations.

Learning Pool Limited’s solution centralized all L&D content on the Grow Online portal, moving Jurys Inn from a basic induction tool to a full learning ecosystem. The change saved one day of face-to-face classroom training per employee, significantly reduced turnover of new employees (lowering recruitment and training costs), improved company culture and service delivery, and earned industry recognition including a Catey finalist placing, a bronze Training Journal TJ Award and a silver E‑Learning Age award for Best LMS Implementation.
