AG Barr, a FTSE250 soft drinks manufacturer with 900+ employees, needed a future-proof, scalable learning platform to support expanding content, new tracking and reporting requirements, and a series of planned projects. To underpin ongoing learning delivery and keep momentum, they turned to Learning Pool Limited’s LMS to re-examine how courses and content were organised, accessed and tracked across the business.

Learning Pool Limited (working with MediaCorp Online, now part of the Learning Pool family) led a content re-mapping, refreshed dashboard designs, targeted internal marketing and the addition of gamification (open badges, leaderboards), visual single‑click analytics and bespoke plug‑ins. The relaunch drove unprecedented numbers of employee logins and course usage, boosted engagement—including among staff with limited internet access—and significantly reduced time spent on reporting, increasing manager buy‑in and streamlining on‑demand learning across the organisation.
