Jurys Inn, a 36-location, 24/7 hotel group, faced the challenge of delivering consistent induction, statutory and role-specific training while improving retention of new hires. Since 2012 they have worked with Learning Pool Limited, using the Grow Online learning portal and the BELONG induction to centralise learning and introduce new employees to Jurys Inn’s culture and job requirements before they start.

Learning Pool Limited implemented the Grow Online LMS and induction programmes, replacing a day of face-to-face classroom training per employee and significantly reducing turnover among new starters. The solution cut recruitment and training costs, strengthened company culture and service delivery, and earned industry recognition (Catey finalist, Training Journal bronze, E-Learning Age silver for Best LMS Implementation).
