InterContinental Hotels Group engages 3,000 leaders and generates 30,000+ responses with Learning Pool Limited

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), a global hospitality company, faced the challenge of training its first-level leaders worldwide to have more productive workplace conversations to support its ambitious growth goals. To meet this need, IHG partnered with vendor Learning Pool and utilized the Learning Pool Platform to deliver a global training program.

Learning Pool implemented a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on its platform, which served as a central hub for content and conversation challenges. The solution included curated content, live webinars, and video capture technology for user-generated content. The results for Learning Pool and IHG were phenomenal, generating over 30,000 responses and more than 1,500 videos uploaded to the platform, with 50% of participants seeing how they could change and 12% trying a new behavior.
