Case Study: Integral Development achieves successful blended learning and increased learner engagement with Learning Pool Limited

Integral Development - from face-to-face, to blended learning

Integral faced the challenge of converting a previously face-to-face Diploma in Leadership and Management into a sustained, blended learning experience that would keep learners engaged over a four-month program and ensure completion of pre-session work. To achieve this, Integral partnered with Learning Pool Limited and chose the Stream platform to deliver social, gamified online content alongside seven face-to-face sessions.

Learning Pool Limited implemented Stream with 2–3 levels of prerequisite content per session, ongoing assessments and a workplace project culminating in an AQTF Diploma. The blended solution made it easy to monitor pre-session completion, delivered a noticeably better user experience, and drove measurable impact: Integral reported a significant increase in learners completing pre-work, strong participant feedback, launched another diploma using the same model, and plans to convert additional short courses to online delivery.
