Uris Group needed a more engaging, flexible and secure online learning platform after their basic LMS could no longer be developed to meet growing needs. They wanted a system that would broaden learning experiences, grab employee attention and meet tight security and technology requirements for the financial services environment. Uris Group chose Learning Pool Limited and its Learning Management System (LMS) to address these challenges.

Learning Pool Limited implemented a highly customisable LMS (delivered in about four months), complete with a branded mascot (Gladis), dedicated support from a Learning Consultant and a multi-channel launch campaign. The result was strong adoption and engagement — over 80% of learners are now using the platform — plus positive feedback, increased demand for more e-learning, stakeholder buy-in and plans to extend the system for appraisals and industry accreditations.
