CILEx Law School, part of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and serving approximately 4,000 students, identified in 2017 the need for a new LMS to better support its legal apprenticeship model, enable flexible blended-learning delivery, improve course reporting and reduce total cost of ownership. They selected Learning Pool Limited’s award-winning Moodle-based Learning Management System to address these challenges.

Learning Pool Limited implemented the Moodle-based LMS with enhanced programme creation, synchronization to CILEx’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM, seven-days-per-week customer success support and employer-facing course progress visibility. The solution has improved learner engagement and employer oversight for apprentices, supports around 4,000 enrolled students, delivers lower TCO and provides unlimited technical support, with plans to extend into responsive content and AI-powered learning recommendations.
