Ecovadis, the world's largest provider of business sustainability ratings, needed a way to help its clients improve their sustainability performance based on their rating scorecards. The challenge was to create accessible, practical guidance across 27 different topic areas for a global audience. Partnering with Learning Pool, they utilized custom e-learning content to address this need.

Learning Pool implemented a solution using the Articulate Rise authoring tool to develop the Ecovadis Academy, a platform featuring microlearning courses. The results were significant, with over 18,000 learners across more than 100 countries engaging with the content. The Academy demonstrated a clear impact, as the 1,369 organizations that used it showed measurable improvements in their sustainability ratings, with greater improvement correlating to more courses completed.
