Domestic & General, a market-leading warranty company with a 100-year heritage serving over 32,000 employees across 800+ locations, faced a scaling challenge: a five-person Client Learning team delivering mainly face-to-face training could not meet growing client demand. To modernize and extend its Client Learning proposition, Domestic & General partnered with Learning Pool Limited to build a digital Knowledge Hub platform.

Learning Pool Limited implemented the Knowledge Hub — a multi-device, self-registration learning platform with in-house content, mandatory annual training scheduling, and a reporting dashboard for compliance and analytics. In the first 18 months the hub recorded 16,000 course enrolments, 2,700+ new learners, and 20+ new client launches, with 100% take-up on compliance modules and a 98% average pass rate; it also freed L&D consultants for leadership coaching, improved onboarding, and delivered clearer data and cost efficiencies.
