HubSpot, a global B2B software provider, needed better, high-level visualization of learning analytics than their LMS could deliver—specifically dashboards that correlate course completions with knowledge-check and assignment success. HubSpot engaged Learning Pool Limited to deliver a Learning Locker learning record store (LRS) solution to capture xAPI data and present summarized, manager-friendly views.

Learning Pool Limited implemented Learning Locker, integrating data from HubSpot’s LMS, Workday and SurveyMonkey to store xAPI statements and build tailored dashboards (including ~50 filtered links) that show enrollments, completions and performance in a visual, easy-to-digest way. The LRS has improved stakeholder insight without requiring in-house data analysts, consolidated HR data for richer filtering, and produced measurable dashboard metrics (e.g., 1.9k, 2.4k) while enabling HubSpot to plan further steps to link training to role performance—outcomes HubSpot credited to Learning Pool’s implementation support.
