MPS Healthcare, established in 2000 and one of Wales’ largest nursing agencies, had an outdated, PC-only learning system that was text-heavy and drove low engagement. They needed staff to access training via mobile devices, take more ownership of mandatory learning and compliance, and issue/track key policies — so they turned to Learning Pool Limited and its Learning Management System (LMS).
