Next Learning Valley, a Netherlands-based reseller founded by Francois Walgering and Jos Maassen, partnered with Learning Pool Limited to deliver MOOCs and SPOCs using Stream LXP, Learning Locker and Waves. Their challenge was to scale beyond didactic course delivery—turning Stream-based offerings into a recurring-revenue business while expanding into learning analytics and Learning Record Store (LRS) solutions for Dutch-speaking customers.

Learning Pool Limited supplied Stream LXP and Learning Locker and worked closely with Next Learning Valley to refine product roadmaps and support next‑generation, personalized and social learning ecosystems. The collaboration enabled Next Learning Valley to run 30+ client projects, attract thousands of learners to its “MOOCademy,” win major customers (including the Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Defence, ABN AMRO, Philips and VodafoneZiggo), generate recurring license and services revenue, and rank among Learning Pool Limited’s top 10 customers by revenue — paving the way to expand into Waves and Flo.
