Case Study: Guroo Producer achieves LMS-free, data-driven blended learning with Learning Pool Limited

Delivering a modernized, blended learning program for Guroo Producer

Guroo Producer, an authoring tool used to design immersive, self-paced and blended learning, worked with the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) to modernise a week-long General Manager Programme into a blended course for external participants who aren’t in AGSM’s LMS or HRIS. Learning Pool Limited (using Learning Locker® and xAPI-supported LRS technology) supported this effort by enabling Guroo Producer’s learning portal add‑on to deliver LMS‑free pre-work and manage learners outside the university LMS.

Learning Pool Limited implemented an xAPI/LRS-enabled solution via the Guroo Producer portal to deliver streamlined pre‑work, capture participant feedback during face‑to‑face sessions, and adapt classroom time each day. The approach expanded Guroo Producer’s capabilities—enabling xAPI pilot programs, LMS‑free learning, blended programmes and “data in the classroom”—improving engagement and creating a data‑driven, adaptive learning experience for cohorts not tracked in traditional LMSs.
